History and background

After an in depth analysis of the tender environment and working closely with various public and private sector institutions the Directors of comprehended the shortage of knowledge when it came to responding to Tenders in South Africa. Through their experience in responding to tenders, a continual learning process which includes a multitude of tender and procurement courses as well as an inexhaustible research effort they wrote a Tender Manual and developed a Tender Workshop around the documented knowledge.

Mission and Vision has made it their mission to share the knowledge they have obtained with fellow entrepreneurs to enhance their chances of successfully responding to South African Tenders. Our vision is to continuously develop our established and sought after training program to teach potential bidders how to respond to a Tender in a compliant and effective manner, hopefully achieving success in doing so. will strive towards achieving their Mission and Vision by working closely with Organs of State and Large Business.


The “How-to-Tender” workshop is designed to add value to one and all; from the novice to the experienced bidder. Not a single attendee has completed the training and said they haven’t learned anything. Our Tender Manual is the first and only one of its kindin South Africa.’s tender courses are the most comprehensive in South Africa and focusses on how to respond to a tender but also giving the workshop attendee useful information regarding the general business climate in South Africa.


Since our inception in 2014, has presented numerous workshops throughout South Africa. These workshops have been attended by hundreds of people (and counting) representing more than 650 South African companies. is continuing on this enormous success and will present many more How-to-Tender Workshops across South Africa. All workshops are advertised on our website as well as through our hugely influential project partners including various tender procurement portals as well as several chambers of commerce. The How2Tender Manual has been successfully marketed and sold across South Africa since first being published and is available on our website as an eBook. publishes relevant and informative articles regarding tenders and business in general on its own website as well as on other partner websites and publications in South Africa.
